* If there are 3 or above members of CPC (Communist Party of China) in any secondary office/section/school/department (shown in the following 4 pages as the GREEN parts) of the 4 branches of University Administration, Branch Committee of CPC should be set up. For the secondary office/section/school/department where there are less than 3 members of CPC, it can set up Joint Branch Committee of CPC together with other secondary office/section/school/departments with the same situation to meet the requirement of CPC member number. All the Branch Committees of CPC in the University report to University Committee of CPC, and University Committee of CPC reports to Education Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of CPC. University Committee of CPC mainly focuses on the ideological situations and activities of students and staff, while University Administration deals with the administration and management of university-running.
